What Is Not Covered
Damage from misuse, accidental impact, exposure to chemicals, perfumes, water, or improper storage. Normal wear and tear, scratches, and oxidation over time are not manufacturing defects.
How to Claim
Email care@epiklore.com with your order number, date of purchase, and clear photographs of the issue. Our team will assess and respond within 48 hours with next steps.
2. Repair & Replacement
If the item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, Epiklore will repair or replace it at no additional cost. Shipping for warranty claims is complimentary within India. International warranty claims may incur return shipping charges.
